Saturday, October 17 Calling All Cyclists! Join the Ride for Vocations “Pilgrimage” Our former pastor, Fr. Kevin Regan, has organized a Ride for Vocations: Southern Maryland Catholic Churches Century ride for cyclists in lovely southern Maryland. Both the 100-mile and 55-mile course options will take you “on pilgrimage” to various churches, where you are welcome to rest, pray, and refuel. Along the way, you are encouraged to offer your prayers and pains for vocations to the priesthood and consecrated life. Register today dcpriest.org/register-to-ride Registration is $10, and riders are kindly asked to raise a minimum of $250 to support the ADW Office of Vocations. For more information, contact the SJN Team Leader, Ingo Pluntke ([email protected]). Extra! Extra! Seminarian Colin Snyder has designed an awesome custom bike jersey for the Ride for Vocations. Orders MUST be placed before July 27, however, so act fast! Go to teamstore.ascendsportswear. to place your order. |
