Phase Two Reopening Plans (En español ver abajo)
Dear Friends in Christ,
I pray this finds you well.  You are constantly in my thoughts and prayers. 

I write to you today about the plans for SJN concerning Masses as we enter into phase two.  After consulting with our Reopening Task Force, the following updates have been agreed upon.

In General:
Please do not come to mass or adoration if you are not well.
Dispensation for Sunday Mass remains in effect.

Mass times remain the same:
M-F: 6:30, 9:00 am (live stream at 9 am).
Sunday: Sunday: 7:30, 11:00 am, 2:30 pm (Spanish) (all live streamed)
Mass times are spaced to allow for cleaning which occurs after each mass.

Please wear masks inside the Church and around the outdoor chapel area.
Social distancing remains in effect on Church property.
Numbers allowed in Church are based on current guidelines in effect.

An opportunity to receive communion after each mass remains.

Daily Mass:
There will no longer be sign-ups for daily Mass starting Monday, June 22nd. 
Please see information on the website concerning regulations in Mass and receiving communion.  All continue to remain in effect. Masks are required in Church.

Please arrive early (at least 15 minutes before mass begins).
The faithful will be led into the Church area slowly, meeting social distancing requirements. 

If the Church is full, or you do not wish to come into the Church, you may listen to the Mass in the outdoor chapel area (weather permitting and only 50 allowed at a time with social distancing), watch on live stream (see schedule above), or wait in your car until the priest/minister comes out to distribute communion. 

Please social distance outside always.  A maximum of 50 persons are allowed to congregate in the front of the Church. 

Communion will be offered immediately after Mass. 

Special Masses
Important Note:  If there is a funeral, the 9 am Mass may be live streamed  only in order to allow enough time for proper cleaning before an 11 am funeral Mass. The faithful can still listen or watch mass and receive communion after Mass. Notifications will be sent out and put on the website.

In Addition, on Saturdays at 9 am (at some point) we will need to have the First Communions, Confirmations, and Weddings that have been delayed. It is reasonable to expect that those 9 am masses may be full. The faithful are welcome to follow the outdoor regulations for Mass and Communion above. Notifications will be sent out and put on the website.

Sunday Masses:

There will be increased numbers allowed for Sunday Mass.
Please see the sign-ups sent out over flocknote or on the website. 
Sign-ups for Sunday Masses will be sent out later today.

Please plan to arrive early (doors will open 20 minutes beforehand). The doors will be closed once Mass begins. 

Socially distance yourself as you enter the Church.  An usher will lead you to a general area where you are to sit.  The seating in the church is set up to ensure social distancing for family units.

Final Note: 
We are following ADW and County guidelines and are taking every measure to ensure that whomever comes to Mass is kept safe.  While every effort is being made, there are no guarantees while the coronavirus remains in our area. 

Please do not come to the Church if you are not feeling well. 
Please consider taking communion on the hand for the time being. 

Please be patient.  We are doing the best we can and some mistakes and confusion will naturally occur.   This is all unchartered territory for us. 

Know that you remain deep in my daily prayers. 
Please pray for those members of our community who are sick or struggling during these times.

Queridos Amigos en Cristo:

Rezo para que esto te encuentre bien. Todos ustedes están constantemente en mis pensamientos y oraciones.

Hoy les escribo sobre los planes para SJN con respecto a las Misas a medida que entramos en la fase dos.
Después de consultar con nuestro Grupo de trabajo de reapertura, se acordaron las siguientes actualizaciones.

En General:

Nota Final:
